He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Varian and Elizabeth Spriggs Varian. He is survived by: his wife Dr Susan Cunningham McKenna; his children, Katherine Beaumont and Dr Bernard J. Varian; his grandsons, Bernard James and Rupert John; and his son-in-law Peter Beaumont. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Lawrence Church (1 E Union St, Goffstown, NH 03045). A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Shirley Hill Cemetery.
