Bates (Nicholas) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, AivaTobin, Jordan and Bryson Bates; his siblings, Christine M. Tobin of Sagamore, Michael J. Tobin (Maria) of Buzzards Bay and Brian J. Tobin (Denise) of Medford; and also Debra L. Tobin (Angelo) of Waltham.
