She was predeceased by: her husband John O'Neill; her parents, Delor Carter and Rose Carter (Fortier); and her siblings, Theresa Comeau, Lorraine Howell, Claire Smith, Edward Carter, John Carter and Raymond Carter.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph Carter (Ginny) of Danvers and Gloria Hubbard of Georgetown; and her sister-in-law Eileen Carter of Concord, NH.. She is also survived by Grandchildren and 17 Great Grandchildren.
