She was predeceased by: her parents, Starr Hall, and Blanche J. Hall, Sr. (Forsyth); her husband Paul E. Ballard; her son Christopher Ballard (Lisa) of Manchester, NH.; and her siblings, Starr Hall, Jr. (Helen), Charles Hall and Marjorie Santo (late Robert).
She is survived by: her children, Thomas P. Ballard (Sherre) of Glendale, AZ and Blanche Tarantino (Steven) of Winthrop; her grandchildren, Amanda Reyes (Robert), Christine Tarantino, Julie Michaels (Christopher), Ryan and Marissa Ballard; and her great grandchildren, Caroline Reyes and Van Michaels.
