He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Jr. Perry and Rosemary Perry (Tiernan); his siblings, Donna Perry, Thomas Looney (Sandra), Donna Looney (Richard Doherty) and Erin Smigliani (Alex); and his brother-in-law Joseph Looney.
He is survived by: his wife Kerri Ann Perry (Looney); his children, Laureen Alefantis (John) of Wilmington, MA, Christine Nichols (Joshua) of Methuen, MA and Matthew Perry of Malden, MA.; and his siblings, Cheryl Perry, James Perry (Robin), Joseph Perry (Roxana), Mary Knox (Michael) and Kathy Perry (Ann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gately Funeral Home (79 W Foster St, Melrose, MA 02176). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (600 Pleasant St, Malden, MA 02148). A burial was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Lakeside Cemetery North Ave. (501 North Ave, Wakefield, MA 01880).
