He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Mulley-Duffy and Martin R. Duffy; and his sister Gayle Carter. He is survived by: his children, Robert M. Duffy of Methuen and Brianne L. Duffy-DiPersio of Wakefield; and his grandchildren, Lucy, Louis, Brayden and Angelo.
