O'Neil (Kayla Johnson) of Lincoln, RI; her grandson Jaxon J. O'Neil of Lincoln, RI.; her siblings, Robert F. O'Neil of Pennsylvania, Edward J. O'Neil of Fall River and Mary O'Neil-Sullivan of Fall River; her stepbrother Robert DeGraw of Brookline; and her nieces and nephews, Thomas Sullivan, Heather O'Neil, Emmary Oliveira and Charley Oliveira.
