Though Donna may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John O'Neil and Claire O'Neil (Stokes). She is survived by: her spouse Thomas F. Galligan; her son Michael J. O'Neil (Kayla Johnson) of Lincoln, RI; her grandson Jaxon J. O'Neil of Lincoln, RI.; and her siblings, Robert F. O'Neil of Pennsylvania, Edward J. O'Neil of Fall River and Mary O'Neil-Sullivan of Fall River. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home (55 N Main St, Mansfield, MA 02048). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
