He is survived by: his father Charles Herbert Stearns Jr.; his wife Susan Bartlett Stearns; his children, Geoffrey Stearns (Lisa) and Heather Stearns Scozzarella (Philip); his grandchildren, Ashley Stearns Goldman (Jamie) and Geoffrey Ryan Stearns (Abby); his great grandchildren, George Goldman, Eloise Goldman and Winifred Stearns; his brothers, Rodney Stearns (Connie) and Selwyn Stearns (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Weston Bartlett (Dee), Robert Ritz (late Patience) and Deborah Treicis (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
