He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert P. Flammia and Wilma A. Flammia (Smith). He is survived by: his daughters, Gina Consalvo (Greg) of North Attleboro and Carrie Ciccarelli of Mansfield; his grandchildren, Joseph Consalvo, Gianna Consalvo, Celia Ciccarelli and Dylan Ciccarelli; his sisters, Karen Weik (Jay) of Toledo and Lisa Flammia (Rick Lovell) of Dennis; his nephew Matthew Fleming; and his niece Isabella Weik.
In lieu of flowers, donations in John's memory may be made to the New England Center and Home for Veterans, 17 Court Street, Boston, MA 02108.
