Stephen Mellett wrote a sympathy message

“Very nice man. He always was there to spend time with us whenever we visited Boston. I got to know his family, and his family got to know several of my family members. We loved going to Fenway, or the Patriots games. Hospitality was first class - welcomed us to their home, picked us up from the local airport, made us feel welcomed. I really cherish those memories in New England from when I was a kid through my mid to late twenties.”

“It is with a heavy heart that I learned of Mark's passing. I had the pleasure of working with Mark for 16 years through FM Approvals. He was truly the best at what he did. I will miss our working relationship and our personal converstaions about bikes. Mark was so thoughtful to gift me my Gremlin bell for my new Harley. Now every time I hear it ring, I will think of Mark and smile. May your loving memories help you through this difficult time. Maureen Jakstis FM Approvals, Norwood”

Mike Cape wrote a sympathy message

“Bernadette and family, Eileen and I were so sorry to have heard this news this past weekend. We are in shock. Our heartfelt condolences and prayers are with you and your entire family. Mark was just a tremendous human being with an infectious smile and laugh who valued family and friendships above all else. I will miss his frequent calls to check in on me, just to say, How you doing buddy? and our quarterly lunches at the Louis in Norwood. I learned so much from him about priorities. I will miss him dearly. - Mike Capecci and Eileen O'Dea Wellesley MA.”

“Nancy and I are so very sorry to see this. We loved being your Austin Lane neighbors, and have great memories of block parties, New Year’s Eves, chilling by the pool and laughing at Stooges’ references. Bernadette, MJ and Jill, we hope that soon you will smile at the very thought of your husband and dad. Richard and Nancy Freedman”
