Jay Hornung, Jr. (Celeste Hornung) of South Easton; his significant other Jean Hess; his grandchildren, Lexi Parker (Thom Parker), Emily Simoneau (Andrew Simoneau), Neil Morrison (Katie Morrison), Nick Morrison, Madeline Hornung and Rebecca Hornung; his great grandchild Charlotte "Peaches" Morrison; and his siblings, Rebecca Rice (Craig Rice) of Liberty Township, Jane Short (Daniel Short) of West Unity and Jean Gerig (Thomas Gerig) of West Unity, Ohio..
