He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Kraning and Barbara Kraning (Burnett). He is survived by: his wife Katie Huddleson; his son Matt Kraning (Alan); his daughter-in-law Gabriella Angiolillo; and his sister Janet Kreps of Eaton Colorado. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
