She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hamson and Irene Hamson; her siblings, Robert Hamson and Debbie Elliott; and her nephew Christopher Elliott.
She is survived by: her husband Benjamin Arthur Gatchell III; her children, Benjamin Gatchell IV (Wendy) of Lebanon and Beth O'Connor of Del Valle, Texas; her sister Cindy Henry; her sister-in-law Celia Gatchell; and her sibling's children, Sarah Elliott Tierney, Diane Cookson, Joanna McBride and Robert Elliott.
