He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bolen and Olga Bolen (Carraro); and his brother James Bolen. He is survived by: his wife Kim Barber; his sister Judy Deutsch (Stephan); his niece Rachel Gingold (Brian); his great-nieces and great-nephews, James and Avery; his nephew Charles Deutsch (Leslie); and his great-nephews, Beau and Roman.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Tedesco Country Club (154 Tedesco St, Marblehead, MA 01945).
In addition to his contributions to the Rotary's local and international causes, he enjoyed the camaraderie of his fellow Rotarians as a member of the scholarship committee and helping to sell tickets for the annual Rotary Lobster Raffle during the Festival of the Arts.
