He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Aphrodite "Helen" Katsoulakos (Zantos); his children, Michael Katsoulakos of Marblehead and Cathy Rossi (John K. Barry) of Tewksbury; his grandchildren, Stephanie Marie DiRusso (Jonathan) of Woburn and Alexander Katsoulakos (Samantha) of Kingston, NH; and his great grandchildren, Jonathan David "JD", Gianna DiRusso and Nathan Katsoulakos. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Charles' memory may be made to the Marblehead Animal Shelter or to the Edith Dodge Fund.
