She was predeceased by: her parents, Ray Kilbarger and Mabel Kilbarger (Hupp); and her pet Duffy. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Beth Eaton, Brian Kilbarger (Jen), Michelle Elbert (Ben) and Scott Kilbarger; and her pet Wylie.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Cyndi's memory to the Rotary Club of Marblehead Harbor's Scholarship Fund.
