With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David C. Kennedy of Marblehead, Massachusetts, born in Leominster, Massachusetts, who passed away on February 4, 2021 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kennedy and Alma Kennedy (Davis). He is survived by: his wife Karen L. Kennedy (Houston) of Marblehead; his children, Eileen Kennedy of County Mayo, Ireland, Daniel Kennedy of Salem, Michael Kennedy of Somerville and Matthew Kennedy of Indianapolis, IN; his stepchild Lauren Swenson (Kyle) of Billerica; his sister-in-law Kathleen Blackwell (James); his son Adam Blackwell of Needham; and his cousins, Phyllis Chiampa, Paula Fowlie and Janet Mays. He is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.

Due to pandemic restrictions, current funeral services and burial are private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Dave's memory to Wounded Warrior Project or.
