He was predeceased by: his brother Herbert Priluck; and his parents, Lilyan Priluck and Eli Priluck. He is survived by: his wife Joan Priluck (Ratzkoff); his daughter Jennifer Davids (Matthew Davids); his grandchildren, Emily and Max; and his sister Eleanor Weitzman (Steven Weitzman).
