He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Polich (Kunkel) and Nicholas Polich. He is survived by: his wife Nelva (Bolthouse); his children, Randall (Anita), Jeffrey (Cassandra) and Nikki Miller (Brian); his grandchildren, Donald (Rachel), Zachary, Maxwell, Caitlyn and Margaret; and his brother David (Dalene). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
