She was predeceased by : her husband Gerald M. Mace Sr.; her parents, George Atkins and Margaret Atkins; and her siblings, George, Stan Atkins, Lydia Rood and Elizabeth Broughton.

She is survived by : her children, Jerry M. Mace Jr., Garry R. Mace (Kristine), Margo M. Sullivan (Stephen) and Leslie A. Ormonde (Joseph); her grandchildren, Jason Mace (Annie), Joshua Mace (Patricia), Nathan Mace (Rachel), Tyler Mace, Katlin Simula (Rick) and Connor Sullivan (Justine Saxe); her great grandchildren, Blake, James Mace, Nora, Emmett Simula, Theodore and Elliott Mace; and her brother-in-law Glover Broughton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
