She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Alden "Augie" Johnson Jr. (Augie); and her parents, Lowell Rutherford Comfort and Charlotte Walrath Comfort. She is survived by: her brother Robert Manning Comfort (Maureen Lewis); her daughters, Barbara Johnson Fletcher (Rod) and Cynthia Johnson Rogers (Patrick); her grandchildren, Whitney Fletcher Hessen (Scott), John Rogers (Natalie), Morgan Fletcher Devlin (Matt), Ashley Rogers, Taylor Fletcher and Jackson Fletcher; her niece Lesley Comfort Bigden (Jon); and her nephew David Comfort (Dana).
