He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Spellman MacAskill; and his parents, Kenneth Bodwell MacAskill and Rebecca Blaney MacAskill. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth "Scott" MacAskill (Cindee) of Alameda and Susan MacAskill Thompson (Paul) of Queen Creek; his sibling Jean MacAskill of Marblehead; his granddaughters, Madelyn and Caitlyn MacAskill of Alameda; and his close friend Susan Gray of Marblehead. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
