With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Peter Coffin Sartwell (Marblehead, Massachusetts), who passed away on April 24, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Peter is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. He is survived by: his son Stephen Sartwell of Melrose; his sister Nancy Walker of Marblehead; and his nieces, Amy Martin (David), Stephanie Jennings (John) and Allison Chader (Andrew). He is also survived by seven grandnieces and grandnephews.
