He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Carter Cooke and Florence Phillips Cooke; and his brothers, James Henry and Donald James. He is survived by: his sister Nancy Cooke Latta of Pomptom Plains, NJ.; his grandson Jonathan Cooke (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Rachel and Josh of Newton; his grandson Peter Cooke (Mary Ann); his great grandchildren, Maddie and Jake of Westwood; his granddaughter Jennifer Cooke Rotman (Richard Rotman); his great grandchildren, Matt and Sam of Westborough; and his wife Sally Smith Cooke. He is also survived by his three children, their spouses.
