She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Breimann and Jennie Breimann (Ruparshek); her former husband Bruce William McGrath; and her brothers, Robert and Richard Breimann.
She is survived by: her husband David Charlesworth; her children, Kelly McGrath Szalewicz (Ben) of Marblehead, MA and Craig McGrath (Annye) of Huntersville, NC; and her grandchildren, Emma, Clara, Jacob and Evan Szalewicz.
