She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fialkosky and Mary Fialkosky (O'Connell); her husband Ralph E. Vacca; and her sons, Michael Vacca and Robert Vacca.

She is survived by: her children, Ralph Vacca Jr. of Hudson, Mark, Carolann Collette of Hopkinton, John Vacca of Marlboro, Douglas, Theresa Mailly of Marlboro and Mary Ann Vacca; and her brothers, Walter Fialkosky of California and Paul Fialkosky of Bellingham, MA. She is also survived by many Grandchildren, great-Grandchildren, great-great Grandchildren.
