He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred L. Benway and Elvira Benway (Ferrecchia); and his brother Steven Benway. He is survived by: his wife Amy Benway (Chung); his children, Jason D. Benway (Maria) and Liz Morich (John) of Marlborough; his grandchildren, Jack, Laura, Michael and Matthew; and his siblings, Kenneth Benway (MariAnn), Ronald Benway (Susan) and Lisa Benway of Marlborough. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
The military honors will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (133 Wilson St, Marlborough, MA 01752). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Marlborough Country Club (200 Concord Rd, Marlborough, MA 01752).
