Benway (Maria) and Liz Morich (John) of Marlborough; his grandchildren, Jack, Laura, Michael and Matthew; and his siblings, Kenneth Benway (MariAnn), Ronald Benway (Susan) and Lisa Benway of Marlborough. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
