He is survived by : his son James Plante; and his siblings, Randall "Randy" Plante of Watertown, Michael Majeau of Douglas, Donna Rivera, Lisa Stowell of Dennis and Christine Hurley of Douglas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
