Cotter (Powers) of Marlborough; his children, Thomas E. Cotter (Jennifer) of Northborough, Jane E. LaFrankie (Timothy) of Marlborough and David F. Cotter (Susan) of Reading; his grandchildren, Zachary, Benjamin, Lauren and Felix; his brother Mark Cotter (Lauren) of Pepperell; and his siblings-in-law, Cleta Cotter and John Winslow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
