He is survived by: his significant other Maureen McCook (Finan); his children, Casey McCook, Ryan McCook and Teryn McCook; his grandchildren, Maddox, Milah, Nico, Lola and Rowan; and his siblings, Hibiscus Rose, John McCook, Bill (Martha McCook), Jim McCook, Joe McCook, Nella McCook, Dan (Patty McCook), Kathy (Frank Scarpa), Tony (Sue McCook), Chris (Terry McCook) and Tom (Karen DeMoore). He is also survived by friend, his deep love for his family and friends.
