He was predeceased by: his mother Suzanne Dickinson Hatch; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hersey Hatch. He is survived by: his uncle Rob; his cousin Richie; his father David A. Hatch Sr. of Mashpee, MA; his siblings, David A. Hatch Jr. (Donna Mazialnik) of Lunenburg, MA, Laura Supple (Rudy Rocco) of California and Jennifer Hatch of Mashpee, MA; and his friend Susan Pergola of Ashland, MA.. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and cousins.
