He is survived by: his spouse Mery Morales (Poveda Fuentes); his children, Hector J. Maldonado (Nikki) of Shrewsbury, Erica Maldonado of North Carolina, Gennette Maldonado of Worcester, Ashley of Guayaquil, Ecuador and Amy Morales of Guayaquil, Ecuador; his siblings, Luis Maldonado of Worcester, Jorge Maldonado of Leominster, Maribel Maldonado of Clinton and Olga Casillas of Berlin; and his grandchildren, Iyauna, Traveon, Amelia and Omarioh.
