With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Black of Marlborough, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on September 21, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thelbert Black and Marcela Black (Wilkerson). He is survived by: his wife Marion W. Black (Willey) of Marlborough; his daughters, Christine E. Black of Hudson and Sarah J. Hile (David) of Westborough; his grandsons, Alexander and Isaiah Hile; his sister Marge Shepherd; and his pets, Drax, Gamora, Tesla, Daisy, Fussy and Adanar.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Pilgrim Church (15 Common St, Southborough, MA 01772).
