She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Sterling and Zetta Williams (Lloyd); and her brother Robert S. Williams. She is survived by: her brother David L.; her significant other Brian Joseph Hayes; her children, Linda L. Wood of Marlborough and Michael S. Hayes (Hillary) of Olney, MD; and her grandchildren, Ryan Wood, Justin Wood, Joseph Hayes, Jessica Hayes and Jillian Hayes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
