He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmelo Petruzzelli and Marilyn Petruzzelli (Stevens). He is survived by: his wife Joanne L Petruzzelli (Barber) of Marlborough; his sons, Bryan Petruzzelli of Marlborough and Anthony Petruzzelli (Candice) of Grafton; his grandchildren, Hailey, Cameron, Triniti, Dominic and Devin; his great grandchild Niamh; and his siblings, Robert Petruzzelli, Sebastian Petruzzelli of Ashland, Stephen Petruzzelli, Susan Hughes (Maurice) of Ashland and Donna Scott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
