She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph J. and Mary L. Glebus (Kaloustian). She is survived by : her husband Joseph A. Kolak of Marlborough; her daughters, Kathleen Cote (David) of Stow and Kimberly Jackson (Daniel) of Hudson; her grandchildren, Courtney, Kiera, Dylan, Ainsley and Ashlee; her grandmother Pat; and her siblings, Janet of Marlborough and Joseph J. Glebus (Paula) of Leominister. She is also survived by many other family members & cousins.
