He is survived by : his children, Patti Ward of Northborough, Rick Ward of Bradford, Lynn DiMatteo (Richard) of Marlborough and Jay Ward (Mary) of Marlborough; his grandchildren, Alicia Ward, Travis Ward (Julie), Gino DiMatteo, Shannon Ward and Erin Ward; and his great grandchild TJ.
