He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Demers and Emma Demers (Blanchette); his siblings, Roger Demers, Claire Demers, Kenneth Demers, Eleanor Johnson, Rita Boreson and Patricia Risi; and his grandson Lil'Joe.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Demers; his children, Christine Demers (Lenny Hodgdon), Coralee Halliday (John), Don Demers, Rosemarie Rizzuto (Robert), Christina Favreau (CJ Doyle), Marybeth Cashen (Steve Boyer) and Edward Favreau (Terry); and his grandchildren, John, Krystal, Nicole, Tanya, Shane, Bobby, Brian, Olivia, Rylee, Devlyn, Leyla, Sheamus and Shealyn. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Collins Funeral Home (378 Lincoln St, Marlborough, MA 01752). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Anglican Church (472 Lincoln St, Marlborough, MA 01752).
