He was predeceased by : his wife Rosario O'Neill (Machicado); his parents, John O'Neill and Evelyn O'Neill (Burke); and his sister Karen Gingrass of Framingham. He is survived by : his children, Jacqueline Caviston (O'Neill), Rutland, Sean O'Neill and Jillian Matthews (O'Neill); his grandchildren, Jack, Felicity, Shepard Caviston, Gavin, Evelyn, Camden O'Neill and River Matthews; and his siblings, Stephen O'Neill (Sharon) of Billerica, Mark O'Neill (Clara) of Shrewsbury and Christine Hubbard (Chris) of Shrewsbury.
