As Michael departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Michael may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Michael leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert M. Hannigan and Kathleen F. Hannigan. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert, Jr. (Maureen), Daniel (Jane), Kevin (Karen), Kathleen (Joseph Budrick) and Gail (Nicholas Biancucci); his children, Troy Hannigan and Jacquelyn Hannigan; and the mother of his children Patricia Dale. He is also survived by 11 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Magoun & Biggins Funeral Home (135 Union St, Rockland, MA 02370).
