He was predeceased by: his brother Gary Lage; and his parents, Donald Lage and Marjorie Kunkel of Aurora, IL.. He is survived by: his wife Susan Carestia; his son Christopher Lage (Jennifer Long); his grandchildren, Rowan, Cedar Lage and Stephanie Lage-Lichko; his stepdaughter Andrea Hunt (William Hunt); his grandson Billy; his stepson Christopher Collura; his brothers, Neal and Craig Lage; his sisters-in-law, Theresa and Sheila Lage; his niece Courtney Lage; and his nephews, Donald and Aaron Lage (late Michelle Lage).
