She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rasmussen and Janet Rasmussen. She is survived by: her son Michael "Mike" Rees (Rebecca); her grandchildren, Caroline, Forrest and Violet of Marshfield; and her pets, Zigs and Maggie. She is also survived by many extended family members, coworkers, friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charlotte's name to Cranberry Hospice, by mail to 36 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 326, Plymouth, MA 02360, honoring her lifelong devotion to compassionate care and support for patients, families, and the caregivers who serve them.
