James H. Coggeshall Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H. Coggeshall of Marshfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 27, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Coggeshall and James C. Coggeshall; and his brothers, Arthur, William (Billy) and David.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Coggeshall (Norris); his sisters, Barbara Francis and Nancy Curtis; and his grandson Will. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, their spouses, grandnieces, grandnephews, and in-laws.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of James Coggeshall may be made to Tufts Medical Center in support of the exceptional care provided by the Medical Intensive Care Unit.
