She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Kerby and Rose Kerby; and her siblings, Edith Hungerford, Mary Lou Shuttleworth, Jay Kerby and Roseanne Schaffner.
She is survived by: her children, Laura Slomiak (late Brett), Matthew Weinman (Michelle) and Cindy Whipple (Herb); her stepson Jeffrey Weinman (Claudia); her grandchildren, Brandon Follick, Jake, Tyler, Joshua Slomiak, Jessica, Joey, Molly, Jonny Weinman, Matty and Tom Whipple; her stepgrandson Daniel Weinman (Stacy); Riley. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
