She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold C. Chase; and her parents, Harold Gardner and Beulah Gardner (Green). She is survived by: her caregiver Susan Wilkinson of Marshfield; and her sibling's children, Lorraine Driver, Diane McPherson and David Pierce.
