He is survived by: his parents, Gordon McTiernan and CindiLee McTiernan; his brothers, John, Dan and Jayden; and his significant other Grace Callahan. He is also survived by extended family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has established a Marshfield Youth Football scholarship fund in Matt's memory to ensure every child has the opportunity to play regardless of financial ability.
