He was predeceased by: his sibling Lee-Ann Mulligan. He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Mulligan of Bourne and Susan Webster of Mansfield; his wife Lori Mulligan of Marshfield; his children, Mary-Ann Clark (Joseph) of Marshfield, Michael Mulligan Jr. (Chelsea) of Burlington, CT, Stephen Mulligan (Jennifer) of Marshfield, Sarah Ritchie (Conner) of Gorham, ME and Kathleen Mulligan (Kieran Ahern) of North Haven, CT.; and his grandchildren, Joseph Clark, Luke Richardson, Hannah Clark, Keegan Tate, Owen Ritchie, Finley Mulligan, Jake Mulligan, Evelynn Ritchie, Henry Mulligan, Charlie Mulligan and Lillian Ritchie.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MacDonald Funeral Home (1755 Ocean St, Marshfield, MA 02050). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Saint Christine's Catholic Church (1295 Main St, Marshfield, MA 02050).
