He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Perilli (Eddy); and his sister Susan Gallagher (Perilli). He is survived by: his sons, Justin (Julia Perilli) of South Royalton, VT, Nathan Perilli (Therese Burns) of Hayfork California, Paul Perilli and James Perilli of Marshfield Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Paul Nathan Perilli, Ryleigh Marie LaChance and Grant Nova Barsky Perilli; and his siblings, Mary Loughlin (Perilli), Nancy Greim (Perilli) and Robert Perilli.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the MacDonald Funeral Home (1755 Ocean St, Marshfield, MA 02050).
