He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Norton and Michael Norton; his sister Shirley; his brother-in-law Leo; and his brother George Ray.
He is survived by: his wife Sheila Lipson of Marshfield; his daughters, Caroline Norton of Los Angeles and Amy Norton-Benfield of Waltham; his son-in-law Zachary Norton-Benfield of Waltham; his sisters, Jeanne Mankus of Alton Bay, NH and Patricia Norton of Alton Bay, NH; and his sister-in-law Margaret Ray of Quincy. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grand- and great-grand- nieces and nephews, and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the North Community Church (72 Old Main St, Marshfield, MA 02051).
