He was predeceased by: his mother Louise D. Perry; his siblings, Patti, Rich and Jim; and his brother-in-law Dennis Muldoon.
He is survived by: his father Robert F. Perry; his wife Eileen; his sons, Steve and Matt; his daughter-in-law Melissa; his grandchildren, Théa and Lochlan; his siblings, Diane, Bob, Kathy, Ed, Joe, John and Pete; his in-laws, Joan Muldoon, Nancy Muldoon-Walsh (George), Dan Muldoon (Jean), Jack Muldoon (Patty) and Chris Muldoon (Sheila); Francis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
